I have created programs for the likes of Nike, American Express and Beats leading leadership teams on 5 day excursions to see, smell, taste and walk in the shoes of their market so as to try and truly understand them.

In a two day workshop after this on-ground research, ‘creating a brief’ is a step to leave them actionable…and ready to partner with those they trust.
